Chris was professional and courtesy. He gave me a reasonable quote and he completed job in a reasonable amount of time. Once he completed the job he showed me the work he did. I requested a quote on another project I intend to do and it was also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone needing a plumber.

C&C was great. They returned my call right away, and were at my house for plumbing emergency within an hour. The plumber was professional and courteous and knew his stuff. He found and fixed my leak within an hour! And he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this company.

I usually do a lot of shopping online, but this is the first review I write. And I took the time to do so because I'm so happy with the job Chris did in my home. Very professional, explaining everything he was doing and going beyond his duties by, for example, cleaning the dryer duct when he was working on some valves that were close to the area. He's not inexpensive, but his work is worth it!

Project: Camera Locate Breakage for a Plumbing System
Chris came out to snake an outside area drain - no problem - and a 100-foot outside stormwater runoff drain pipe that hadn't been cleaned out in many years. The latter was a big challenge and his price was very reasonable, but unfortunately in the process he damaged some equipment due to the adverse conditions of the mud and roots in the long underground drain and asked me to pay extra for the damaged equipment. I reached a compromise and don't regret it and would hire him again. He showed me everything as he was going along and I observed the difficulties, which was more than he anticipated when bidding on the job. The drains flow well now.

Chris scheduled our initial estimate promptly, arrived on time, and provided a detailed quote for the problems we were experiencing. He only performed the necessary work, and did not suggest snaking a drain until we knew if it would be truly necessary after other work was completed. He arrived for his second visit, to perform our repairs, right on time and was finished in less time than estimated. We would hire Chris again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending him as well.

I did not personally work with the plumber, but my boyfriend did. He said the plumber (who was also the owner.. I cannot remember his name) was extremely nice and helpful. He was also very honest about pricing. We will definitely use them again.
